Terms & Conditions:

- All Lots are +VAT and subject to 22% Buyer Premium +VAT on the commission unless stated otherwise

- All lots are sold as seen, items are not tested

- Care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, but no sale will be void by the inaccuracy of any description. The purchaser must satisfy themselves with the item prior to bidding (Point 6 in conditions of sale attached)

- SPECIAL GUIDLEINES REGARDING COLLECTION/DELIVERY- APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED FOR COLLECTIONS OF MORE THAN 5 INVOICES

- Collections of more than 5 invoices will not be permitted if an appointment has not been made

- We will no longer be storing items onsite, collection must be arranged within 72 hours of sale. Items not collected will be re-allocated to auction

- Click & Delivery will still be available

- Wilsons Auctions will facilitate Courier Collections for delivery of items

- Wilsons Auctions can facilitate the packaging of items purchased at a cost per box- 1 standard box (18”x12”x12”) £5

- Wilsons Auctions recommend Pack and Send for delivery of items to Mainland UK

- ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY — Payments CANNOT be made upon collection

- We must be notified of arranged Courier collection via email. You will be notified when your items are ready for collection. This will be no earlier than 48 hours after Collection request

- You will be notified what day your collection will be ready. Please do not send a courier before this time or your collection will be refused

- Once collection is arranged, invoices can not be added on

- We require the Courier name & Invoice numbers that the Courier will be collecting. A label must also be provided for the box — Items will not be handed to a courier without all of this
